Comprehensive Return and Exchange Guidelines

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We stand by the quality of our laminate products and want to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  •  Condition: Products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Items that have been cut, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Receipt: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  •  Custom or special-order laminates
  •  Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1.  Contact our customer service team at returns@advantagesurfacesusa.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your receipt and the RMA number.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service representative. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are nonrefundable.


 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@advantagesurfacesusa.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Any difference in price will be charged or refunded accordingly.
